The first issue of Gleanings is ready. Gleanr members can download a free copy in the Toolshed. Once again, thanks to the number of people who contributed by sharing knowledge, ideas and insights at the Urban Agriculture Dialogues. Many of those contributors are members of Gleanr community which is inspiring to see.

In September Gleanr launched a new initiative called ‘Urban Agriculture Dialogues’ in the Parliament House in Brisbane. We’ll publish a document titled ‘Gleanings’ which is inspired by the discussion that took place at the Dialogues. Stay tuned!

Great time to leaving some plants in your garden to go to seed. The picture below shows brassica plants with yellow flowers, rocket with white flowers and red lettuce with red flowers.
